NOTE: Applications are processed as fast as the references you provide reply to our inquiries.

3. Fill out a Resale Card/Certificate if appropriate (CA, NV, SD, WA only) and fax to us with credit application. Click below to download your state's form:

4. Place an initial Order (Required to open an account). Call us at 800-225-6621 or (916) 688-3535 for product and pricing assistance with your initial order.

5. Upon establishing an account, you may register for online ordering.
