Net thirty (30) days from invoice date. Customers with established credit and the account on a current basis will be shipped open account. C.O.D. shipments, unless prior arrangements are made, will be on a cash or cashiers check basis. Shipments to past due accounts may be held pending payment. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 2% per month.

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. All prepaid freight charges will be added to invoice or billed separately. Method and routing of shipment will be at the discretion of TEECO PRODUCTS, INC. unless specific instructions are provided by the customer. All additional expense will be the responsibility of the customer. TEECO PRODUCTS, INC. assumes no responsibility for merchandise lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Our responsibility ends when merchandise is delivered to or receipted for by carrier. If delivered goods are damaged in transit, the delivering transportation company is required by law to make notation of damages on freight bill. Should the damage not be discovered until after the goods are unpacked, it should be reported at once to the agent, who will make an inspection and grant a “concealed damage” notification, The carrier, not the shipper should be charged with any loss or damage, and any claim should be filed with the delivering transportation company.

All claims of shortages must be made within ten (2) days of receipt of shipment by customer.


TEECO Products, Inc. will accept the return of merchandise for replacement or credit under the following conditions and within this stated policy.
1) Merchandise returned with prior return material authorization and returned within 45 days of original shipment will be accepted without any charge.
2) Merchandise to be returned after 45 days of original shipment must include a completed return material tag with prior authorization. Returns other that defectives over 45 days from original shipment may be subject to a nominal handling charge or a restocking charge.
3) Special order-non-stock merchandise other than defectives will not be accepted for return until the manufacturer/supplier has issued return authorization. A restocking charge equal to the manufacturers/ suppliers restocking charge will be applicable.
4) No merchandise, unless under manufacturer’s warranty, will be accepted for return after 90 days from original shipment. All authorized returns must have:
– Prior authorization from TEECO.
– Return material tag completed with original order/invoice number included.
– Reason for return.
– Be returned within allowable time limits.
– Shipping costs paid.
Following this stated return policy will help TEECO process legitimate returns and help reduce the costs involved to allow you the benefit of lower prices on the merchandise you require to operate your business. TEECO Products has for years maintained a very liberal return for credit policy. We wish to maintain that policy but within reasonable guidelines. If you follow the above stated policy we can process your legitimate returns with the least amount of confusion and at the lowest possible cost to all.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be at prices in effect at time of shipment. Written price quotations are subject to the terms of quotation. Verbal price quotations are subject to correction of price at time of shipment.

TEECO PRODUCTS, INC. assumes no responsibility for warranties other than those specified by the manufacturer of the merchandise. All claims for warranty are subject to manufacturer’s inspection and determination. TEECO’S liability for any and all losses or damages shall be limited to original purchase price or replacement of warranted merchandise.

Buyer assumes responsibility for all sales, use or excise taxes not included in total invoice price. Appropriate state and local taxes will be charged to all accounts not providing a valid resale exemption certificate.

Possession of a TEECO catalog does not necessarily imply intent by TEECO PRODUCTS, INC. to sell.
